Visigraphic ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit visigraphic.com, contact us, or use our services, how that data is used and protected, and your rights under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, "PDP Law").

1. Data we collect

  • Data you provide: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, organization name, and the content of messages you send via the contact form, the Cost Estimate calculator, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time of visit, recorded automatically through server logs and Google Analytics.
  • Project data: materials, accounts, and access you hand over to us for website development, maintenance, or hosting.

2. How we use your data

  • to answer your questions and prepare quotations;
  • to deliver, manage, and support your projects and hosting services;
  • to send invoices and important service information;
  • to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it;
  • to keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data and do not send promotional emails without your consent.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data based on your consent, to prepare or perform an agreement with you, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as security and service improvement.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses technical cookies required for it to work, and Google Analytics 4 for aggregated visit statistics. Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Third parties we use

  • Google (Analytics and Google Business Profile);
  • our server and hosting providers;
  • WhatsApp (Meta) when you contact us via WhatsApp;
  • a form anti-spam service (Friendly Captcha) and email providers.

Data is shared only as far as necessary, and these parties are bound by their own privacy policies. Some providers may process data on servers outside Indonesia.

6. Client websites and hosting

For websites we build, maintain, or host for clients, data about visitors to those sites is processed on the client's behalf. In that case the client is the data controller and we act as a data processor according to the client's instructions and our agreement.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example financial and tax records). After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, access restrictions, regular security updates, and backups to protect data. No system is completely secure; if a personal data breach occurs, we will notify those affected as required by the PDP Law.

9. Your rights

  • access and request a copy of your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • withdraw consent or object to processing.

10. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
